Great place to stay in Buenos Aires, beautiful large room with gorgeous windows and a very comfortable bed! Staff on site were super friendly, helpful, and cared so much about their hosts! Can only recommend for short or long stay

WIDE Bath tab. As a Japanese, that was the most important condition for me. I really enjoyed this place. Hot water was also available ll the time, too. Safety box, Refrigerator, hot water pot. home appliance. etc were also very good. I really liked this hotel. The owner of this hotel was also every friendly. It is also located in the middle of many restaurants.

Maybe stairs to go up to the reception desk (2F). However, I knew this is a small hotel before I go there. So, I must accept this disadvantage.

Sparsely furnished with awkward steps in a nice neighborhood.

The location in Palermo was in a nice, quiet, walking section of town with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

This is probably a converted four-story townhouse with a closed restaurant on the ground floor and 52 steep, narrow steps up to our room on the 4th floor. It was very spacious but also sparsely furnished with a jacuzzi that you stood in to take a shower while the water went all over the floor. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and cold, plain croissants. Because it is not a hotel, the staff, while pleasant, were not able to provide helpful information about the surrounding area.

Lack of maintenance does not justify the price

The bed was very comfortable

The apartment is very nice but not in good shape. Many small things are damaged and have never been repaired. One bedlight is missing, curtains are both damaged, the floor between the rooms has a gap, the door has a gap when closed. So the initial setup was really nice but there is a complete lack of maintenance. Also, towels had blood marks.

Great location, large and clean room but a bit tired with limited breakfast.

Great location in the middle of Palermo Soho with loads of cafes and restaurants around. The room is spacious and clean, with AC.

Bedding and towels a bit old and used. Breakfast is coffee and a basket or croissants, nothing else.
